Cadbury's demanding brief was to develop a legal information system that worked at a global level and took into account different cultures, languages and working practices throughout the company's worldwide operations.
We carried out detailed consultancy work with Cadbury teams in London and North America before developing the intranet site, Legal Online, using our own NetBuild content management system.
The intranet site localises the content appearing on-screen in Cadbury's individual territorial regions across 19 centres worldwide, enabling a consistent approach to legal issues such as registered designs, contracts and patents.
