Green & Black's wanted to provide a highly flexible service to their online customers.
We designed and built a sophisticated yet easy-to-use website which enables customers to order everything from the exciting Green & Blacks range - and, on top, even mix and match products, allowing, for example, the bespoke selection of an individual luxury hamper.
The site content is fast and easy for Green & Black's own fulfilment staff to manage, so seasonal products can be offered throughout the year. As soon as the Valentine's Day promotions are over, it's straight on to the ranges that sell well for Mother's Day - and so on throughout the year.
In addition, part of the site is aimed at the corporate market, with a special campaign discount function enabling visitors to type in a code they are given and order at discounted rates.
We developed this prestige e-commerce site in liaison with Hemingways Marketing Services who provide Green & Black's fulfilment activity. It was built using our own e-commerce software, and is supported on our Rackspace server platform.
