Your Homes Newcastle manages 31,000 council homes on behalf of Newcastle City Council.
The new website is designed for maximum customer engagement. It provides a full range of online services, supported by back office integration, including enabling residents to :
- pay rent from the safety and comfort of their own homes
- apply to change homes
- track improvement programmes, using a bespoke system written by NetConstruct
- report on anti-social behaviour
NetConstruct developed both the website and intranet in Immediacy CMS, and carried out on-site system installation.
