A Mitie big challenge
Mitie provide strategic facilities management and consultancy services to some of the biggest organisations around. Under one brand they operate six divisions providing dozens of services from the familiar cleaning and security to the less familiar asset data analytics. They knew they wanted Kentico – but everything else needed defining.
It was a big task, but working methodologically, continuously sharing, iterating, refining and then testing our ideas we delivered not just a new mitie.com but a platform that easily ‘spins out’ new or discreet sites and pages to support new Mitie micro-businesses as they develop inside of the main brand.
Today we continue our work putting this framework to use in new areas for Mitie, including client-facing systems. The thought and consideration taken in the early planning stages allows us to draw from this ‘kit of parts’ to deliver solutions for any digital touchpoint.
